The Chulalongkorn University Proficiency Test of Thai as a Foreign Language (CU-TFL) A lot of our students that are taking Thai are interested in measuring their proficiency with an external examination. There is a university in Thailand that offers a proficiency test. The CU-TFL is a standardized exam designed by the Sirindhorn Thai Language Institute.
