Hello everyone!
Today I would like to introduce two Korean cooking websites where you can obtain recipes for your favorite Korean dishes. Among various blogs or media channels available out there, the below two links have proven to supply useful tips yet simple recipes that even novices in cooking, including myself, can easily follow. Both chefs periodically update their web pages so that hundreds of followers pay attention to their next moves. Let's take a look at the first blog!
The first website is:
Maangchi.com - you can find recipes for almost all Korean dishes available. Her website has tons of pictures with detailed explanation. What may help you better would be her youtube channel that shows how to handle Korean ingredients and manage the cooking process step by step. She published her own cookbooks online as well. She was featured on the New York Times as well as many other publications.

The second website is:
Beyondkimchee.com - you can find many recipes here as well, but what is particularly good with this website is that it provides information on Korean dessert-making. She supplies recipes for popular Korean street food such as sweet rice corn hotteok, Sweet potato rice donuts etc. Her eCookbook, Simply Korean, is now available online in digital format.

Where to buy necessary ingredients?
For those of you living in New York City, you have two options. One option is to visit the Korean supermarket called Hmart located on 32nd St. and Broadway, and second is M2M located on 2935 Broadway or in east village, 55 3rd Ave. Within New York City, Hmart has more variety to choose from vegetables to frozen food. I hope this article helps your studies. Please feel free to leave a comment if you have any further questions. Also check out our Twitter for the latest news on Korea. Thank you!
